An innovative entrepreneur in the business of employment and search, Leni worked for a large staffing agency before founding three separate job placement, consulting, and search companies. An honors graduate of Columbia University, Leni is currently the president of EASearch, LLC, a national firm specializing in recruiting and consulting in the area of senior-level executive support. She has a deep understanding of what people need to perform at their best, to thrive in their work and in their lives. Newly minted graduates just dipping a toe in the real world, people who had been dragging themselves to jobs they hated for several years, and seasoned professionals in search of work to reignite their passion have all benefited from Leni’s guidance.
Beyond her practice and this book, Leni’s commitment to helping others is also apparent in her many professional and volunteer roles and affiliations, both past and present, including as a director for Junior Achievement, National Association of Women Business Owners, World Business Academy, and the Center for Attitudinal Healing. In addition, Leni was among the first five women in the world invited to join Rotary in the second oldest Rotary club in the world, the San Francisco Rotary Club.
